1. About These Terms

zjctgm operates this website. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to zjctgm. These terms, along with the product details and policies available before checkout, apply to your use of the store and purchases made through it.

2. Store Use

When placing an order, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to place an order or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission where required.

Do not use the store for unlawful purposes or fraudulent purchases. You must not disrupt its operation or access information or systems without authorization.

3. Product Details and Availability

Please read the product description, sizing details, material information, and care instructions before ordering. Colors may look different depending on your device and display settings. Your rights remain unaffected if an item is defective, substantially unlike its description, or sent by mistake.

We work to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will explain it and tell you what options are available. We will not send a substitute product or charge you more without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item, we will let you know and refund any payment collected for that item.

4. Pricing and Payment

The store and checkout display the applicable price and currency. You will see any applicable taxes and the final order total before paying.

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Checkout shows the available payment methods. Payments are handled by the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders, Changes, and Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy has further details.

To correct a delivery address, change an order, or request cancellation, email hello@zjctgm.com promptly. We will check whether we can make the change before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping costs and charge no restocking or return handling fee.

We will notify you of the result after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Shopify and Personal Information

Shopify hosts this store. Shopify processes information when you visit or purchase from the store to provide commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

8. Site Content and External Services

Intellectual property rights may protect materials on this website, whether those rights belong to us or to others. Buying a product does not give you ownership of those rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to another service does not, by itself, mean that we are affiliated with or endorsed by that service. If you choose to use an external service, review its applicable terms and privacy notice.

9. Issues, Rights, and Updates

If you have a problem with the website or an order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities where the law does not permit their exclusion or restriction.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Subject to applicable law, the terms and policies shown when you place an order will continue to apply to that purchase. We will give notice of material changes where required.
