Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship and Shipping Charges

zjctgm ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Processing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been completed, we normally prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This processing period does not include the carrier’s transit time.

3. Delivery Estimates

Transit typically takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch. With processing included, we aim for delivery within 6–12 business days of order confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events may delay delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, we will share the information available to us and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Updates

We send shipment information to the email address used for your order. When carrier tracking is available, we include it in that update. The first tracking scan may take some time to appear.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Problems

Please review your delivery address before submitting an order. If you need to correct it, email hello@zjctgm.com as soon as possible. We will check whether a change is possible before dispatch.

If a package seems lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, email hello@zjctgm.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier’s delivery status alone does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. We pay return shipping costs. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions and arrange return shipping at our expense.
